Worth Consulting Group, based in Bonshaw, Prince Edward Island incorporated in 2005 as a company providing professional business consulting services. With a dominant industry background in the tourism, consumer products and food industry, Ann spent more than twenty years in leadership positions including Executive Director of the Atlantic Canada Food Export Partnership, Assistant Catering Manager of the Halifax Board of Trade, General Manager of the PEI Food and Beverage Processors Association, Regional Sales Manager for Rodd Hotels and Resorts, Director of Marketing and Sales with Howard Johnson Charlottetown, Director of Operations with COWS Inc. and principle for A Little Gift, a Prince Edward Island maple syrup company. A champion for new product development, Ann developed and delivered the Strathgartney Maple Syrup Festival and has worked on a multitude of tourism festivals and events over the years including chairing Atlantic Canada Showcase.

Dominant work experience through various marketing and sales positions in the industry included building domestic and international business relationships for various employers and Prince Edward Island as a destination. Various market segments of responsibility included MCIT, provincial, NPO’s including Atlantic, National and International associations, motor coach, travel agencies, government key accounts, niche specialty markets and sports / soft adventure. Other responsibilities included managing client relationships, project and database development, developing marketing strategy, marketing plan development for specific markets and specific products, collateral material development, familiarization tours of facilities, account development through trade show participation and direct selling.
